You need to use Palemoon with flash and/or shockwave plugins (I don't remember). All games here are director (shockwave).
There is currently a project called ruffle that gives you a program or web library to play flash.
This doesn't work for shockwave games, however there's a separate project dirplayer-rs that supports shockwave.
Unfortunately it still encounters many bugs so I can't use it here (I tried).
